Mass Effect 3: A Guide to Shore Leave on the Citadel
Visiting Admiral Anderson's Apartment
After completing the Normandy's retrofits, Shepard and the crew are granted shore leave on the Citadel. The first order of business should be to visit Admiral Anderson's apartment. Anderson will give Shepard a message from Admiral Hackett, instructing them to take the crew to the Citadel for some well-deserved rest and relaxation.
Gathering Party Supplies
To properly celebrate shore leave, it's suggested that the crew throw a party. To do so, Shepard will need to gather party supplies and invite their friends. Hackett will send a message titled "Citadel Party Supplies" with the necessary information.
Shore Leave Mission
Unless Shepard has Overload, they will definitely need Energy Drain for this mission, as most of the enemies on the Citadel are shielded. Head to the Citadel and choose "Personal Apartment" from the docking menu. In the subsequent conversation, Anderson gives Shepard a key to his apartment.
Inside Anderson's apartment, Shepard will find a message from Hackett on the desk. The message provides information about the party supplies and invites Shepard to visit Joker in the Normandy's docking bay.
After gathering the party supplies and inviting their friends, Shepard can return to Anderson's apartment to start the party. The party will be a chance for Shepard and the crew to relax and celebrate their victory over the Collectors.
