Firenze Parkrun is a free, weekly 5km event for the community, by the community. It takes place every Saturday at Mensola Park, a relatively new park in the East of Florence. The event is open to all ages and abilities, and is a great way to get fit, have fun, and meet new people.

The Course

The course is three laps of 1.6km each, starting from the bottom right-hand corner of the park and going anti-clockwise.

Origins and History

Firenze Parkrun was started in 2017 and has quickly become a popular event, with over 400 people taking part each week and over 700 followers on Instagram.

When and Where

The event takes place every Saturday at 8:30 AM at Mensola Park. Registration is not required, just turn up and run!
